New customers

If you haven’t completed an online transaction with us, it’s quick and easy to create an account. Begin by clicking on “Account” located at the top of each page. A pop up window will then open with an account “sign in” page. Once there, click the link that says “New Customers Create an Account.” Next you’ll go to the account registration page where you’ll be prompted to enter some relevant information to create your account. Once completed, our website will recognize your registered email address. For future transactions, all you have to do is enter your registered password.

Returning Customers

If you are an established Golf World Mart customer who has made an online purchase with us before, all you have to do is sign in using your email address and password. Once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation number via email. We recommend that you keep this for your records until you receive your order.

In most cases you can cancel your order soon after you have placed it. This can be done by a CLICK of a BUTTON. Simply login to My Account -> Orders – and find the order you wish to CANCEL. If it is possible for us to cancel the order at that stage the ‘Cancel’ button will be enabled and you can click to confirm cancellation. Please note this action cannot be reversed unless you contact our team to resolve this for you.

If for some reason you are unable to cancel your order please contact us immediately by email or phone. Keep your order reference number handy so that one of our customer service agents can determine the status of your order and advise on cancelling it. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a cancellation request if the order is already dispatched from our warehouse or you have placed a CUSTOM or PERSONALISED product order. Such orders require a pre-confirmation from the Manufacturer as it is only possible if they have not started processing your order. For any cancellation issues please contact us.

PS: For more information about order cancellations terms, conditions and policies please visit our Terms and Conditions section.

If you wish to make changes to an order you have already placed with us, simply contact us by email or phone with your order reference number. One of the Golf World Mart customer service team will be happy to assist you with any changes you want to make on your open order. Please note we will not be able to process a cancellation request if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

To return any unwanted purchase, simply follow the returns procedure on our website.

What Is An LSV?

LSV stands for “Low Speed Vehicle.” An LSV is a street legal cart that has a minimum speed of 20 mph and maximum speed of 25 mph, and can legally be driven on most roads posted 35 mph or less (see graphic for exact speed limits according to your state).

All vehicles must meet all U.S. federal safety standards for low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and be equipped with automotive safety windshield glass, three-point safety belts, turn signals, headlamps and brake lights, horn, mirrors, windshield wipers and on-road tires.

Your particular state may have additional laws and regulations pertaining to LSV’s. We’ll help you through the entire purchasing process!

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MAKING MY LSV LEGAL FOR PUBLIC ROAD USE?

Step 1

Find a legal LSV as deemed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration: Make sure you have the Certificate of Origin, title, or out-of-state registration listing the body style or body type as “LSV” or “Low Speed Vehicle.”

Step 2

Get Registered: Then, an application for registration and title, or an RMV1 form, should be completed. Registration, title fees and applicable tax are paid directly to your RMV office.

In most states, the following documentation is required to process your registration and title:

  • A manufacturers Certificate of Origin (new vehicles only), or

  • The previous owner’s Certificate of Title, Dealer Re-Assignment form if applicable, or

  • The previous registration and bill of sale for vehicles that are exempt.

Step 3

Get Insurance: Once you’ve made sure your LSV is properly registered, contact your insurance agent to discuss insurance options. You’ll want to make sure your LSV is covered by a policy that includes Personal Injury Protection and Property Damage Liability coverage at a minimum.

Step 4

Get Inspected: To be on a public way, LSVs must be registered, titled, insured, and inspected. If an electrical motor or batteries solely powers the vehicle, no emissions test is required. If, however, the LSV is liquid-fueled, the emissions test is required.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED COMPONENTS OF AN LSV VEHICLE?

All vehicles must meet all U.S. federal safety standards for low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and be equipped with:

  • Automotive safety windshield glass

  • Three-point safety belts

  • Turn signals

  • Headlights and brake lights

  • Horn

  • Mirrors

  • Windshield wipers

  • On-road tires

  • Parking brake

  • The Manufacturer’s Certification Label posted on the vehicle containing the VIN and indicating the TYPE of vehicle as a “Low Speed Vehicle”
